    We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping within the continental US, which takes 5-7 business days after processing. We provide 2nd day shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for a charge of $25. We also offer shipping to Canada for USD $25.00 / CAD $34.

    Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding all major and federal holidays and Saturday and Sunday.

    If you would like to expedite your order, select Expedited Shipping (2 business day) for an additional charge of $25.00 or Next Day Shipping (1 business day) for an additional charge of $35 at checkout.

    We are able to ship to Military APO/FPO and P.O. box addresses.

    Please note that Expedited orders must be placed by 11am EST Monday through Friday to be shipped the same day.

    *Please allow up to 2 to 3 additional business days to process orders during peak periods. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact our customer care specialists at 1-(866) 441-4888 to initiate a lost package investigation. Please allow 7-14 business days for the investigation to complete and a resolution.

    RETURNS

    We want you to be completely satisfied with our product. If you are located within the continental US, defective or unwashed, unworn, include original tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was received may be returned for free within 30 days after purchase for a refund. If you are located in Canada, the cost of returns is USD $15.00 / CAD $20. Returned items must be returned new and unused in with original packaging and all original garment tags still attached. Shipping charges for 2nd Day and/or Next Day are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective.

    For free returns, please use the prepaid return label provided through our site or customer service. You can also send the merchandise back to us using any other traceable shipping method, at your expense.
    Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
    We recommend you insure the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.
