If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from ship date to return your item(s) for a full refund in the original form of payment. Please use our Return Portal to process your return. Please print out the label and return the item(s) in the same box used to ship to you. Please complete the Return Form inside the box and return with shipment. We cannot issue you a credit without this form. Items returned must be unworn, unaltered and with tags still attached. Please allow up to 21 days for processing of all returns.
***Please Note*** If you choose not to use our return label you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit. (MagnaReady® will not be responsible). If you choose this method for your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Return Form must be included with the return in order to receive credit.

REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARD
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
