HOLIDAY Return EXCEPTION: For orders placed between November 1 and December 24, the return period will be extended to January 23, giving you more flexibility for the holiday season.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or modify it due to our fast processing times.
SHIPPING
- Free Standard Ground Shipping is available within the continental US, arriving in 5-7 business days after processing.
- Canada Shipping is available for USD $21.00 - $25.00 / CAD $34. This is weight dependent.
- Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and major holidays.
We ship to Military APO/FPO and P.O. box addresses.
Peak Season Note: Please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process orders during busy periods. For lost or stolen orders, contact Customer Care at 1-(866) 441-4888 to start a lost package investigation, which may take 7-14 business days.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase! Within the continental US, defective, unwashed, unworn items in their original condition with tags attached can be returned for free within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must include all original packaging and garment tags. Canadian customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
For free returns within the US, use the prepaid return label available through our website or Customer Service. Packages must be returned prepaid; COD returns are not accepted.
FINAL SALE
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
To make an exchange, please contact Customer Service at 1-(866) 441-4888. For an exchange on final sale items, shipping will be the customers responsibility.

REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARD
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Refunds are issued in the original payment method and may take additional days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
