RETURNS
  • Within the continental U.S., defective, unwashed, and unworn items in their original condition with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • ONE free return per order is offered. Any additional returns will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Canadian customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • For free returns within the U.S., use the prepaid return label available through our website or Customer Service.
  • Packages must be returned prepaid; COD returns are not accepted.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES

To make an exchange:

  1. Visit our return/exchange portal, enter your order number and zip code, and follow the instructions.
  2. On your first return/exchange, the system will generate a prepaid return label for you to print and send back.
  3. For additional exchanges or returns, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARD
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take additional days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Due to our fast-processing times, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

  • Free Standard Ground Shipping is available on all orders $79.99+ within the continental U.S., arriving in 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Canada Shipping rates range from USD $21.00 - $25.00 / CAD $34, depending on weight.
  • Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and major holidays.
  • We ship to Military APO/FPO and P.O. box addresses.
  • Peak Season Notice: Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing during busy periods.
