RETURNS
- Within the continental U.S., defective, unwashed, and unworn items in their original condition with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- ONE free return per order is offered. Any additional returns will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Canadian customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- For free returns within the U.S., use the prepaid return label available through our website or Customer Service.
- Packages must be returned prepaid; COD returns are not accepted.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
To make an exchange:
- Visit our return/exchange portal, enter your order number and zip code, and follow the instructions.
- On your first return/exchange, the system will generate a prepaid return label for you to print and send back.
- For additional exchanges or returns, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARD
- Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take additional days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION
Due to our fast-processing times, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

- Free Standard Ground Shipping is available on all orders $79.99+ within the continental U.S., arriving in 5-7 business days after processing.
- Canada Shipping rates range from USD $21.00 - $25.00 / CAD $34, depending on weight.
- Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and major holidays.
- We ship to Military APO/FPO and P.O. box addresses.
- Peak Season Notice: Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing during busy periods.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Contact Customer Care at 1-(866) 441-4888 to start a lost package investigation, which may take 7-14 business days.
